The BadgerFlex 4 in. Petroleum Suction & Discharge Hose Assembly is designed for demanding petroleum transfer applications involving gasoline, oil, and other petroleum-based products with up to 50% aromatic content. This hose assembly is suitable for both suction and discharge service in tank truck and tank car operations where flexibility, durability, and pressure performance are required. Constructed with a nitrile tube and a nitrile-PVC cover, the hose is reinforced with multiple plies and a helix wire to maintain structural integrity under pressure and vacuum conditions. The assembly is finished with aluminum Part C female coupler and Part E male adapter ends to ensure secure, industry-standard connections in petroleum transfer systems.
