The Pelican MAN-20-A-CAL-NAL-6-WB Manlid Assembly is designed for tank and trailer applications requiring a durable, lightweight access solution. This assembly features a 20 in. opening, an aluminum cover, and a 6 in. aluminum neck ring with six 5/8 in. wing bolt hold downs that help maintain a secure seal under demanding operating conditions. Engineered for working pressures up to 30 PSI MAWP, each assembly is hydrostatically tested to 47 PSI to verify performance and reliability. Nylon wear plates provide corrosion resistance, while vibration and shock resistant hold downs enhance operational security. Additional features include adjustable cam levers, a heavy duty safety lid catch, security tab seals, and a white food grade rubber gasket.
