Description
The York S1-7670-3071 Sequencer is an identified control part utilized to control the operation of several HVAC system components in a synchronized manner. It also controls the on-and-off sequence of such equipment as compressors, fans, and valves among others by simply switching them on and off in a coordinated manner. This helps to achieve better overall system performance, reduce energy use, and extend the useful life of the components of the system. The sequencer uses the use of a programmable logic controller or a microprocessor-based system to implement the required sequence. It checks the status of some components and it includes temperature sensors, pressure transducers, and flow switches.
