Description
The Carrier 8733937870 Sensor Freeze Water Coil works with and prevents freezing of the water coil’s situation. This sensor monitors the temperature of the water coil and if it freezes, this sensor will respond to prevent freezing and it can cause irreversible damage to the HVAC system. The small sensor is 4″ long, 9″ wide, and 0.5″ tall. It is used primarily in Carrier HVAC equipment to increase system performance and durability. Preserving the HVAC system against freeze related damage improves system dependability and efficiency, which is the primary benefit of the Carrier.
