Description
The Johnson Controls D-9502-612 is a high-carbon steel spring extension that can be used to extend reach, tension, or force in different HVAC equipment. It works like a cantilever. When it is compressed the spring is 4” long but it can be stretched up to 8″ for further reach. The spring itself is constructed out of a 0.1” diameter wire with an overall outside diameter of 0.4”. In its most extended position, the tool can extend up to 10″ and has an overall extension of 6″. In this way, this can enhance the performance of different aspects of HVAC systems by increasing tension or giving further reach.
