Description
The Trane SWT2968 is a single pole, single-throw pressure switch that is used to safeguard as well as enhance HVAC system efficiency. It measures pressure in the system which is commonly used in Air conditioners and heat pumps. It is about 5 inches long and comes with readily attachable quick-connect fittings. The switch is opened at 1.36” of pressure, and closed at 1.55”. It operates as a pressure switch that turns several components on and off automatically to ensure that the HVAC system functions correctly and, hopefully, prevent failures. This Trane is used with 120VAC systems while its current rating stands at 3A; ensuring your HVAC gear works effectively.
