The Trane SWT0842 is a Temperature Switch that is built in Single-Pole, Single-Throw for HVAC applications. It works as an on-off button depending on the variation of temperature as an automatic switch. At 25°C, 77°F the switch turns off and breaks the circuit. The temperature drops down to 60°C, 140°F and the switch turns ON and the circuit is made. Common in heating and cooling equipment, the helps to maintain and control temperatures and enhance energy efficiency through the control of equipment operation through temperature.
