Description
The Honeywell C7046C1000 Duct Temperature Sensor is used for the measurement of air temperature in HVAC system ducts. It has an 8-inch probe and uses a quick-response thermistor element that effectively measures changes in the temperature of the air stream. This sensor is applied in building automation systems with air handlers, rooftop units, and other HVAC equipment to control or measure supply or return air temperatures. Other advantages include better capacity control of HVAC systems and providing better temperature control to occupants and possibly save on energy.
