Description
The Johnson Controls T-5210-1116 is a pneumatic temperature transmitter that is used in heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. It measures the temperature of the air and then converts it into a proportional air pressure signal for the air. The signal is then passed to a pneumatic controller or receiver that employs it to control the HVAC system. It has a temperature range of 50°F to 150°F. This transmitter is special due to its average element of 17 feet in length. This long sensor is useful in averaging the temperature over a large area and is much better than the standard transmitters that have short sensors. This accurate reading means better control of the HAVC system, thus better efficiency and comfort.
