The Carrier HH79NZ103 Thermistor-Assembly in Carrier HVAC systems where the Thermistor houses are in controlling temperature. Thermistors are truly a type of resistor that changes the electrical resistance depending on the temperature that surrounds it. It most probably contains one or more thermistors housed in a protective casing with electric leads to connect to ones HVAC system control board. This assembly is particularly intended for the measurement of both Outdoor Air Temperature and Outdoor Condensing Temperature. These temperatures are then sensed by relayed to the control board which is crucial. The control board then in the system to determine the way to heat as cool the surroundings.
