Description
The Johnson Controls TEC3312-13-000 is a black logo-branded thermostat for use in controlling heating and cooling systems in commercial buildings such as schools and hotels. It is a low voltage (24VAC) device and offers on/off and floating temperature regulation. On/off control just turns the HVAC system on or off when the temperature of the room gets to a certain level. Floating control enables a small deviation from the setpoint to enhance efficiency and occupant comfort by minimizing unnecessary cycling of the system. This thermostat is suitable for use with many types of HVAC equipment such as fan coil units, rooftop units (RTUs), and heat pumps.
