The York S1-028-14773-000 Upper Condensate Gasket is a sealing part that is used to ensure a leak-resistant seal in the condensate management part of heating equipment. The gasket creates a compressed seal between the adjacent surfaces of condensate housings to ensure that moisture does not leak out of the system, and the condensate generated in the course of operation is directed in the drainage pathway in HVAC systems. Its profiled sealing profile is in line with the upper condensate collection or drain interface of the unit. It is placed in the condensate assembly space and has a closed contact that permits controlled flow of condensate through the drainage system.
