Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100109424 Water Heater Valve is a natural gas control valve that is used on water heaters and has a diameter of 1/2 inch and operates at 4.2 inches water column (WC) with maximum temperature of 195 degrees F. This valve is used to control the natural gas supply to the burner in that it controls the rate of combustion and safety of the turbine. The integrated ECO (Energy Cutoff) feature helps to turn off the gas supply if the temperature increases, increasing safety. Being applied to the residential and commercial HVAC systems, it enhances energy effectiveness, minimizes operational expenses, and guarantees stable hot water supply.
