Description
The Detroit Radiant TP-264E Pressure Switch with 0.16 inch WC set point is a control element in HVAC systems to measure the air or gas pressure and a normally open contact that closes when the given differentiation is met. Its major role is to check correct pressure conditions and then proceed with the operation of the system. The mechanism of the internal diaphragm reacts to changes in pressure and activates the contact in case the threshold is reached. This entails connecting the pressure tap to the relevant source of pressure and wiring the switch in the control circuit.
