Description
The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 053375 Drier is a 1-5/8”ODF drier with STAS-4813T, which protects HVAC systems from the harm of moisture. This component has the added advantage of eliminating or at least reducing the amount of moisture on refrigerant lines apart from reducing corrosion. The drier, through having a desiccant core, removes moisture from the refrigerant, preventing serious harm to equipment such as compressors and expansion valves. This preventive step not only contributes towards increasing the durability of the HVAC system but also to its efficiency and also saves energy.
