Description
The BASO Gas Products Y90AA-4211 LP Gas Pilot Burner Orifice is a calibrated gas metering unit with a 1/4-inch connection and a 0.011-inch opening that regulates liquefied petroleum gas flow to the pilot burner, and pilot ignition requires accurate fuel delivery for stable flame formation. Gas passes through the fixed orifice size to produce a controlled low-pressure stream, ensuring steady ignition during HVAC systems’ start-up cycles. Mounted within the pilot burner gas line and aligned to the inlet passage for correct flow direction. This specification ensures uniform combustion behavior, improved ignition response, and reduced variation during repeated heating operations.
