Description
The Carrier EA52PH059 is a piston for replacing certain Carrier HVAC equipment, probably reciprocating compressor units used in AC or refrigeration equipment. This piston is slightly over 8.8 inches long, 3.9 inches wide, and is only 0.7 inches high. This oscillates within a cylinder and compresses the refrigerant vapor. This results in a corresponding increase in the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant by a wide margin. The high-pressure refrigerant then circulates through the other parts of the HVAC system where it absorbs heat in your house during cooling mode.
