Description
Honeywell C7023K2005 Strap-On Water Pipe Sensor is used for temperature measurement in HVAC systems. This 10K Ohm NTC Type III sensor measures water temperature without immersion wells as it is mounted directly on pipes. Sourcing an alert temperature range of -40°F to 250°F, this system offsets temperatures in boilers, chillers, and hydronic heating/cooling systems. This design of the strap-on makes it easy to install and maintain hence minimizing on time that is taken on the same. This type of sensor is important as it facilitates temperature control for the proper running of the HVAC system thereby increasing energy efficiency.
