Description
The Johnson Controls MS-BACEOL-0 Terminal Module is a small unit that provides guaranteed communication on BACnet MS/TP networks for HVAC applications. The device serves as an RS-485 End-of-Line Terminator which is a component necessary for proper signal transmission on the data buses. Data in the RS-485 network transmits in both ways on a single cable, that is, transmitting and receiving. If the cable is not properly terminated at both ends, the signals are reflected the data is contaminated and there is interference between the devices. These reflections are well absorbed by the MS-BACEOL-0, which guarantees the clarity and accuracy of the data being transmitted.
