Description
The Johnson Controls SET29A-624R Sensing Element Valve is a critical part of hydronic HVAC systems as it controls the flow of water dependent on the temperatures. It is constructed with a brass body and comes with a 1/2″ pipe thread for easy installation of the valve. Inside it has a temperature change-sensitive component that increases and decreases in size depending on the water temperature around it. This movement within the element causes the valve to close or open for the flow of water to other devices. This sensing element valve of this type is 30 PSI with a temperature range of 30°F to 250°F.
