Description
The Johnson Controls V-3800-6003 Spring Kit is an essentialpart of the actuators. It has a 1-1/2″ stroke and male 1/8″ NPT ports for direct installation. This spring kit can handle a maximum supply pressure of up to 25 PSI and an operating temperature of between -20°F and 150°F. It maintains the pressure in the range of 8 to 13 PSI. This kit makes sure that HVAC equipment like air handling units and chillers are used accurately by changing the position of the valve through the diaphragm and spring mechanism depending on controlled air pressure. In doing so it enhances the reliability of the system, decreases energy consumption, and moderates pressure fluctuations.
