Description
The Regal Rexnord – Fasco A151 Draft Inducer Motor is used in the HVAC systems to increase the airflow for better ventilation and to optimize combustion. It starts the flow of the gases in a draft to evacuate the exhaust gases safely. With a speed of 2800 RPM, this motor is a 1-speed, 1/90 HP motor that rotates in a clockwise direction on 230V and 60 Hz to facilitate air circulation in the heat exchanger. It is applied in furnace and boiler to ensure that the air pressure is steady to enable proper ignition. Some of the advantage include enhanced efficiency in the use of energy, prevention of heating and cooling loss and increased durability of the system.
