Description
The Regal Rexnord – Fasco A217 1-Speed Draft Inducer Motor, a 230V electric blower motor designed to power the draft inducer fan to force combustion gases to exit the heat exchanger and be carried to the venting mode. It will run inside a supply at a constant rate to maintain the steady removal of flue gases during and prior to burner operation. It is installed in furnaces or boilers and connects to the control board and pressure switches to come on when heat is required. Its operator is to facilitate safe and effective combustion through appropriate draft and ventilation of exhaust gases.
