Description
The Reznor 221248 Vertical Vent Kit UEAS is an exhaust routing component used to provide a safe route for the combustion gases away from the commercial heating equipment in HVAC systems. It has a vertical channel of flue gases, which assists in the maintenance of the right draught and prevents the backflow in the normal conditions of operation. It is needed in furnaces and unit heaters in which the controlled discharge of exhaust is a necessary condition. It assists in controlling airflow as a part of the overall system.
