Description
The Siemens 544-343-18 Rigid Averaging Temperature sensor is designed to accurate and reliable temperature measurement for HVAC systems. The stainless steel probe on this sensor comes in at 18″ in length and it’s a sensor for use in environmental conditions. It is thermoelectric having a temperature range from -40 to 180°F to make monitoring temperatures the entire spectrum. The sensor installs on a platinum resistance element with a nominal resistance of 1K Ohm, that has high accuracy and stability. The probe averages temperature readings along the length of the probe thus taking measurements over air or fluid flow that are representative and consistent.
