Description
The Trane VAL8634 serves as a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) meant for HVAC systems that use R410A refrigerant and deliver 5 tons of cooling capacity. Before the evaporator the TXV controls refrigerant flow by letting the exact amount enter the coil when it reache its temperature set point to cool best. The valve accurately manages system performance which save energy while keeping temperatures stable. The valve connects securely through mechanical fittings which makes setup and service work simple. Made of strong brass material this valve performs well within a broad temperature range from -40°F to 250°F and serves different commercial HVAC systems.
